# Corporate Code of Conduct

We hold ourselves up to high standards of ethical and responsible behavior.  These are described in [The JSR Group Principles of Corporate Ethics](http://www.jsr.co.jp/jsr_e/csr/pdf/ers_02.pdf).

We are also in full compliance with the [Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct](http://www.responsiblebusiness.org/standards/code-of-conduct/).  This is an industry standard that fosters ethical business practices, safe labor conditions, protection of human right and responsible environmental management in electronic supply chains.  

JSR Micro has also adopted a clear policy on conflict minerals.
